2. BUYER INFORMATION

The person who places an order on the zeyderm.com website and whose contact and shipping information is provided on the order form.

3. PRODUCT, PRICE, AND PAYMENT INFORMATION COVERED BY THE AGREEMENT

The type, quantity, brand/model, sales price (including all taxes), payment method, and delivery information for the product(s) ordered electronically are as listed in the order summary at the time the order was confirmed.

(The Shopify platform automatically lists the product details in the Buyer’s cart, along with the shipping and tax breakdown, below this section.)

4. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE TERMS

  • 4.1. The Seller is obligated to ship the product subject to this contract to the delivery address specified by the Buyer on the order form, provided that the delivery is made within the statutory 30-day period.
  • 4.2. If the Buyer is not present at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the Seller shall be deemed to have fully fulfilled its obligation. Any costs arising from the product being held by the carrier or returned to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.
  • 4.3. The Buyer must inspect the product upon receipt from the carrier; if the product is crushed, broken, or has torn or damaged packaging, the Buyer must refuse to accept it from the carrier and have a report drawn up. Products accepted without a report are deemed to be undamaged.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND ITS EXERCISE

  • 5.1. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product, without providing any reason and without paying any penalty.
  • 5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must provide written notice to the Seller via the email or phone channels specified above within this period, and the product’s packaging must remain unopened and unused.
  • 5.3. If the right of withdrawal is exercised using the agreed-upon shipping company, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the Seller.

6. CIRCUMSTANCES IN WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, consumers do not have the right of withdrawal for certain product categories:

HEALTH AND HYGIENE EXCEPTION:
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised under any circumstances for goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seals, or wrappers have been opened after delivery, or for products that are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons.
For dietary supplements, vitamins, skin care serums, creams, toners, and all types of cosmetic/skincare products sold by Zeyderm, if the protective packaging, cap, safety seal, or seal has been opened, torn, or damaged by the Buyer, returns are legally prohibited on the grounds of hygiene regulations and the protection of public health.

7. COMPLAINTS AND RESOLUTION AUTHORITIES

The Buyer may submit requests regarding their order and complaints directly through the Seller’s communication channels. In the event of a dispute, the Buyer may file a claim with the Consumer Arbitration Boards or Consumer Courts in the location where the goods were purchased or where the Buyer resides, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.

8. ACCEPTANCE AND APPROVAL

The Buyer declares that they have read and understood all the provisions contained in this Pre-Contract Information Form and that they accept the basic characteristics of the products, their price, and the payment and delivery terms by electronically confirming their agreement.
