Membership Agreement

1. Parties

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) has been entered into between Zeyderm (Zeyder Farma Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industry Corporation), which operates the zeyderm.com website, and the Internet user who has registered as a member of the zeyderm.com website (“Member”).

2. Subject Matter of the Agreement

The subject matter of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which the Member may access, shop on, and use the website zeyderm.com, which is owned by Zeyderm.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

  • Declaration of Accuracy: The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided upon registering on the site is accurate under the law, and that the Member will fully and immediately compensate Zeyderm for any damages it may incur due to the inaccuracy of this information.
  • Password Security: The Member may not disclose the password they have set and been assigned to any other person or entity; the right to use the password belongs exclusively to the Member. All legal and criminal liability arising from the misuse of the password rests with the Member.
  • Legal Use: The Member hereby agrees in advance to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Site and not to violate them. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities arising therefrom shall be borne entirely and exclusively by the Member.
  • Prohibition of Use for Purposes Other Than the Site’s Intended Purpose: The Member may not use the website in any way that disrupts public order, violates public morality, harasses or offends others, or serves an unlawful purpose.
  • Termination of Membership: Zeyderm reserves the right to terminate the Member’s membership, suspend, or delete their account if the Member violates the terms of this agreement, misuses the website, or attempts to obtain unjust enrichment.

4. Privacy and Protection of Personal Data

  • The personal data shared by the Member during membership procedures and purchases is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
  • You can find detailed information about the purposes for which your data is collected, processed, and transferred, as well as your legal rights, on our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Law Information Notice pages. By accepting this agreement, the Member is deemed to have consented to the processing of their personal data under the specified conditions.

5. Commercial Electronic Communications

Note: If the Member provides consent during registration or afterward via their profile settings, they agree to receive special discounts, product promotions, and informational messages (SMS, email) sent to them by Zeyderm. The Member has the right to withdraw this consent at any time, free of charge.

6. Termination of the Agreement

This agreement shall remain in effect until the Member cancels their membership or Zeyderm terminates their membership. Either party may unilaterally terminate the agreement at any time.

7. Effective Date

By registering for membership, the Member acknowledges that they have read all the provisions of the Membership Agreement and accept the terms set forth therein. This Agreement is deemed to have been entered into and has become effective for both parties upon the Member’s registration.
